DETERMINE YOUR 1 REP MAX!
This MaxBenchCalculator can be used to determine your estimated 1-Rep-Maximum lift. Simply type in the weight you lifted and then use the another textfield to indicate how many reps you did it for. The result displayed is your estimated 1-Rep-Max.
This is a useful tool especially if you do not have a spotter available to go for your max lift. Instead, you can perform at a safer lower weight for multiple reps. This bench press calculator can be used for any lift including but not limited to: Bench press, Squat, and Deadlift.
The formula works this following way. "Estimated 1-Rep-Max = Weight x Reps x 0.0333 + Weight" For instance, if you can bench 500 for 3 reps, your "theoretical" 1 rep max for the bench is approximately 550.
However, this calculation is not 100% accurate for everyone. When you try your 1-Rep-Max, make sure you have your assistant lifter around and take full responsibility for your action.
*You can apply both kilogram and pounds in weight.
